myDev-Ops provides two solution areas:

1) Using a model similar to monster.com, dice.com, and linkedin we provide specific information about qualified candidates seeking employment in a true devops role on-site.

To do this, we provide a place for:

• Candidates to add/import their profile information
• Candidates to find jobs
• Candidates to find recruiters partnered with mydev-ops.com
• Recruiters to partner with mydev-ops.com (exclusive, limited number – regional, geographically strategic)
• Pre-qualify candidates – personally interview each candidate and produce a private review available to recruiters only – no access to candidate themselves
• Recruiters to add notes on candidates – private – no access to candidate or other recruiters (place for feedback from hiring manager…etc)

2) Build a platform that mydev-ops.com candidates would be certified to use.  The first platform would be specific to iOS and android development.
